Ornamental Cherry Pink Perfection

Grown for its spectacular spring blossom, Prunus Pink Perfection is a small, deciduous tree with ascending branches which droop at the tips. The long oval, pointed leaves with serrated edges emerge bronze-green, turning green in summer with orange tints in autumn. In mid- to late spring, the branches are covered with drooping clusters of pale to deep pink fully double flowers, emerging from deep carmine, rounded buds. Ornamental cherry Pink Perfection holds the RHS Award of Garden Merit.
