Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Our Gardening Team (Within 15 Days)

Please reach out to us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for return/exchange. Our friendly team will guide you through the next steps and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if applicable.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Please repack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including any tags, pots, or protective materials. For live plants like Bulbs, Climbers, or Fruit Trees, ensure they are protected to prevent damage in transit. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RAN inside the box.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Ship your return to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged upon arrival).

Step 4: Inspection & Resolution

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

  • Processing Time: 7–10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
  • Credit Card/PayPal: The refund will appear on your statement, depending on your bank or PayPal’s processing time.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and viability of our living products, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their perishable nature or customization:

  • Live Plants & Bulbs: Once shipped, live plants (including Fruit Trees, Bamboos, Berries, Bulbs, Climbers, Coastal Shrubs, Coastal Trees, Conifers, Evergreen Shrubs, Evergreen Trees, Grasses, Groundcover, Native Shrubs, Nuts, and Ornamental trees) are sensitive to environmental changes and cannot be resold once they leave our care. Returns are only accepted if the plant arrives dead or damaged (please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos).
  • Opened or Used Products: Any item not in its original, unused condition.
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as such on the product page.
