    Repack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including all tags, pots, and protective materials. For live plants like Bulbs, Climbers, or Fruit Trees, ensure they are well-protected for transit. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RAN inside the box.
  3. Ship Your Return
    Ship your return to the address below using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged on arrival).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or Used Products: Any item not in its original, unused condition.
